A To-Do List That’s About More Than Just Getting Things Done
I’ve always created my own to-do lists for both home and work. But over time, I realized that the best lists for me aren’t just about checking things off.
I wanted something that helped me stay focused on the whole picture — not just what I need to accomplish, but also how I want to live my day.
So I created a daily sheet that includes:
- The things I need to get done
- Five things I’m grateful for
- Physical goals
- Spiritual goals
- Mental goals
- Social goals
- Financial goals
- A store/shopping list
- A space for general reminders
- A place to answer, “What is one thing I genuinely want from today?”
- And a space at the end of the day to write down the lesson I learned that day
I’ve found that having all of these things in one place really, really works for me. It helps me stay organized, intentional, grateful, and accountable, while also reminding me that getting things done is only one part of having a good day.
And I’m the kind of person who likes to pass along things that work for me.
So I’m sharing this free printable daily To-Do Sheet with you.
You can print it at home, keep it at your desk at work, or use it wherever you plan out your day.
If you decide to use it, I genuinely hope it helps you as much as it has helped me. And if you find it useful, feel free to share it with someone else who might benefit from it.
Sometimes a simple piece of paper can help us get our day — and our priorities — back in order.
Give it 100%. And do things today that make life better for your future self.
