Brooklyn’s Block Party Season to Close With “The Final Block Party of the Year”
BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Cameron & Mo’s Bar is set to close out the local block-party season with “The Final Block Party of the Year,” a six-hour community celebration scheduled for Saturday, October 10th, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 80 Lafayette Ave. in Brooklyn.
The event is expected to bring together Brooklyn residents and visitors for an afternoon centered on music, dancing and community. Organizers describe the gathering as a final opportunity to celebrate the season with the energy and atmosphere associated with Brooklyn’s neighborhood block parties.
Karlala Sound System will provide the music, while Robbi the Promoter will power the event and Tara Collins will serve as host. The lineup is designed to keep the music and activity going throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
For attendees familiar with Cameron & Mo’s previous block parties, the October event represents a return to a format built around music and community. Those who have not attended one of the gatherings are being invited to experience the celebration as the season comes to an end.
With the event running from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m., attendees are encouraged to arrive early and come prepared for an afternoon of music and dancing.
