When we dance, we strengthen our bodies and lift our spirits.
When we hear music and let it move us, we're enjoying one of God's greatest gifts.
Too often, the noise of bad news, worry, fear, and regret drowns out the music.
But the music is still there.
Don't let the world's noise keep you from hearing life's melody.
God gave us music. He gave us the ability to dance.
The greatest tragedy is to leave those gifts unopened.
This weekend, go someplace and dance..
or just put some music on in your apartment, block out the negative news and bad social media and DANCE.
